Act Series will exchange or refund goods that have been shipped back within 14 days from reception. All goods must be returned unused and in perfect conditions, considering the packaging part of the product. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.

It is mandatory to email us to service@act-series.com before sending back the parcel, specifying the reason of the exchange or return. All returns must be confirmed by our team before proceeding with it. Act Series will not accept returns which haven’t been communicated in advance by the customer.

Exchanges are based on stock availability and sale items are non-refundable.  If the desired size is not available, a voucher will be generated with no expiration date for the full amount of the product.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship the new pair to you for free. Note that for the second exchange, shipping costs of the new pair are not covered. However, if the shoes were purchased during a Free Shipping campaign – the customer must cover the costs of exchange of size. 

We will refund the full value of the goods within 15 days of receiving the items at our storehouse, and using the same method as the original payment. Please note that Act Series will not refund shipping costs or international duties and taxes.

Returns and exchanges will be handled by our team using Act Series´s UPS account as mandatory. The cost for returns and exchanges outside of Europe is 30€ and this amount will be discounted from the refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Our goods are handmade, small imperfections or variation in shape, size, and colour should not be seen as faulty.

Colour differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather it can show these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as faulty.


Customs duties and fees for deliveries and returns outside of the EU shall be borne by the customer.

If you’re based outside the EU, taxes and duties are applicable.

Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

Please note, Act Series does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods or any international duties and taxes.

Act Series reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.



We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). A Force Majeure Event shall include any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and shall include in particular (without limitation) the following:

  • Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
  • Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
  • Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
  • Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
  • Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
  • The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
  • Any shipping, postal or other relevant transport strike, failure or accidents.

Our performance under any Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.



We have the right to revise and amend these Terms from time to time. You will be subject to the policies, Terms in force at the time that You order products from us, unless any change to those policies, Terms or Privacy Statement is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by You).
